Before taking this safari you need to know the best time to visit the park for hiking and how to reach the top of the mountain.in this safari you will choose the trekking route you will take among the three, and that are the Kilembe Trail, central circuit trail, and Burungu Trail. After the Rwenzori hiking, you will head to Kibale National Park for chimpanzee tracking

15 Days combined Hiking to Mt. Mountain Rwenzori and chimpanzee Tracking in Kibale national park. Very special trails central circuit and very little Kilembe, Hiking to Tara and Bernardzikiewicz Peaks FOR AGAT together with Chimps, Starting Entebbe International Airport. Arrival at the airport 4 hours in advance.

Day by day

Day 1 of 15 days:

On Arrival at Entebbe International Airport, after an hour customs clearance/visa… transfer from the airport to accommodation night this may depend on the time of your flight either VIA VIA Guest House Entebbe or (Ruboni Community Camp) in the Rwenzori mountain region. The driver guide will pick you up from the airport and drive you to Rwenzori National Park. Dinner and Overnight at Ruboni Community Camp In Rwenzori, breakfast the next day.

Day 2 of 15 days:

new Nyakalengija (1615 m) – Nyabitaba Hut (2651 m) The Central Circuit starts at the Rwenzori Mountaineering Services offices at Nyakalengija. It would help if you arrived in the morning to allow ample time to rent equipment and meet your guides and porters.

The trail begins by passing through farmland to the park boundary beyond which it follows the Mubuku River, crossing its Mahoma tributary before starting a long, steep climb up onto a massive bridge to reach Nyabitaba hut. The hike takes around 5–6 hours. During this part of the trip, you may hear chimpanzees and see black and white colobus, blue monkeys, and the brilliantly colored Rwenzori turaco.

Day 3 of 15 days:

Nyabitaba Hut (2651 m) – Mubuku River (2600 m) John Matte Hut (3380 m)The hike takes around 6–7 hours. From Nyabitaba follow the trail that drops down through the forest to the Kurt Shafer Bridge, just below the confluence of the Mubuku and Bujuku rivers.

Passing through the bamboo forest, traverse a long, exhausting stretch of slippery moss-covered rock. From the Nyamileju rock shelter, Mount Stanley and Mount Speke can be seen before passing into the zone of the giant heather, lobelia, and groundsel. Finally reach John Matte Hut after passing through the tiring bog, for Dinner and Overnight at the Hut.
